Web Manager

Reporting to Head of Marketing
Part time, 20 hours per week

Luxe Associates are looking for a personable, data driven and highly organised candidate to oversee the running and operations of our two websites

The successful candidate will manage the relationship with our external web developers, to oversee the day-to-day functionality and upkeep of the websites, evaluate and manage website performance, facilitate hosting and server management, and develop, maintain and update the CMS

We’re a digital first brand always looking to improve the customer journey, and are looking for someone who is keen to contribute ideas and expertise to wider user experience and tech development projects

Responsibilities will include:
  • Act as the main point of contact for external web developers, designers and other implementation partners as required
  • Troubleshoot website functionality issues
  • Manage internal web edit requests from the team
  • Oversee the longer term web development roadmap, and prioritise projects based on business impact
  • Prepare and decipher analytics into weekly reporting
  • Identify, report on and resolve any tracking issues across programs such as Google Analytics, Pingdom and Google Tag Manager
  • Oversee the roll out of significant tech updates, including updating the wider team on any disruption or changes
  • Test any updates to the CMS before deployment to live site
  • Manage graphic designers, analytics agencies and other key stakeholders
  • Work closely with our CRM integrations
  • Partner with external website specialists to improve the customer journey
  • Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations
  • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices such as SEO requirements and ensure timely updates are made to our sites
  • Monitor competitor websites for new tech solutions or developments on an ongoing basis
  • Research opportunities and solutions for key tech developments and present to the internal team

The successful candidate will have:
  • Impeccable project management skills
  • Experience managing high-traffic websites
  • A logical approach and be able to prioritise
  • The ability to work cross departmentally
  • Experience working with Shopify and WordPress
  • A good understanding of HTML & CSS basics and JavaScript – particularly for the purpose of setting up custom GTM tags / tracking
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
